Gawon and Heeyong were married at Avalon Legacy Ranch in spring and had a lovely ceremony and reception with their friends and family! It was a perfect day with such fabulous details. From mixing florals with our in-house decor, the day brought the perfect balance of Spring and timeless elegance.

When we first visited the venue, we immediately felt it was personal, warm, and welcoming something we didn’t get from other places we toured. I could picture our guests sitting on the couch by the fireplace and dancing on the balcony. Since I wanted our wedding to feel cozy and inviting, Avalon Legacy Ranch was the perfect choice.

We wanted to include personal touches, from our ceremony vows to small design details, so the wedding felt uniquely ours. Because ALR’s interior was already beautifully decorated, we didn’t have to worry much about adding extra décor, which saved us time, money, and energy. The venue itself felt both stunning and personal.

Like any wedding, we expected turmoil, but the day went surprisingly smoothly. Another wonderful surprise was that ALR provided farmhouse tables as an upgrade. Those moments made the day even more special.

Our favorite moment was the private dance at the end of the night. After all the excitement of the day, it gave us a quiet, intimate pause to truly soak everything in just the two of us, with no distractions. It felt like time slowed down, and we could reflect on the joy of the day and the love surrounding us. That moment will always stay with us.

Choose vendors who not only have strong portfolios but also feel like people you genuinely want to work with. The right team makes the entire day smoother. We recommend asking detailed questions, reading reviews, and trusting your instincts (sometimes personality and reliability matter just as much as talent). Once you find vendors you trust, give them creative freedom; they often deliver something even better than you imagined. Lastly, we can’t recommend Alee enough as a coordinator. She is incredibly resourceful, connects you with the right vendors, and works closely with them to perfectly orchestrate the day.
