One hour before your event we begin parking your guests! We provide golf cart service for those needing assistance to the venue or to the ceremony.
Absolutely! There are no lighting usage or set up fees! All of our lighting is included in the cost of your event.
We have gorgeous hand crafted pews at our chapel! They are included with your rental!
Yes! Your contract includes time for you to take engagement and bridal photos. There are no extra charges unless your photos take more than 3 hours. We have gorgeous vintage couches that make wonderful props for your bridals. And of course, the grounds are beyond compare.
Yes! One full hour of chapel access for your rehearsal is included in your venue rental!
We have a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces. The venue is 6,000 square feet and includes multiple rooms including a spacious groom’s suite. The entire upstairs is the bride’s area for dressing and relaxing during the day.
Outdoors we have the stable, the 3 fire pits with comfortable seating, a smoking porch, the lake, the bridges, the gardens….the list is extensive.
Yes- We love animals! We do require a signed release before bringing your four legged friends on property. There is a $100 fee per pet that is deducted from your deposit. We don’t allow them to free roam, but they are welcome to stay with you during the day!
Yes! After many years in the Wedding Industry, we have wonderful list of preferred vendors we know will provide excellent service; however, you can use the vendors of your choice. The only vendor we require is for security. We have the same Collin County Deputy we use for each wedding to provide consistency and the best service.
Yes- you may bring in your own alcohol! We have a list of bartenders that you can choose from that are TABC certified and have insurance. We also require you to book one of our preferred Collin County Deputies as security.
We provide tables and chairs for 160 guests for your guests, as well as service tables for catering. We also have 4 farm tables that can be rented. If you need more chairs and tables, we recommend local vendors who are very reasonable.
Our recommended maximum is 180 guests, but we can accommodate up to 200!
We oversee every aspect of venue coordination! We have several fabulous planners that we are happy to recommend to coordinate your wedding! An owner will always be present at the venue to oversee every aspect of the venue. Two months prior to your wedding, we will meet with you to go over, in detail, every aspect of your wedding! In addition, we have an extensive 15 page Bridal Checklist to ensure your day runs as smooth as possible.
We believe that the wedding day is a sacred time for a bride to not only get married, but to enjoy every moment of the day. We have designed our bridal room to be as comfortable as possible, so you and your bridesmaids can relax, do hair and makeup, tell stories, and have the best day of your life before the wedding even begins.
We do not believe that a bride should have to be stressed out on her wedding day because she only has a few hours, so we only have one wedding a day. We want you to be able to fully enjoy your entire day without the worry of another event running late or without your day ruined by having to watch the clock.

I was a public school teacher for 12 years and raised 4 children on a very small salary, so it is important to me that our weddings be affordable. We offer many different pricing options depending on the day and month of your wedding and how many guests you are inviting.
During peak seasons our weddings range from $5500 to $7500, with the month of October being more expensive. Off peak weddings are between $4500 -$6500. Weekday weddings for peak and off-peak times range from $2500 – $4500 depending on guest count.
Please contact us for an elopement package. We would so much rather open our chapel and gardens for you than see you choose a courthouse because you felt you couldn’t afford a wedding venue.

We believe the most important amenity is the service you will receive at Avalon Legacy Ranch. Since we are family owned, we do not have staffing turnover. Alee and Faye and Debi will know your name, will answer your questions, and will be with you each step of the way whether your wedding is 2 months away or 2 years.
Once you tour Avalon Legacy Ranch and realize it’s the venue of your dreams- you can either book that day, we can send a contract home with you for your perusal or we can digitally send you a copy of the contract. Once we receive a signed copy of the contract and a deposit, the date is officially yours! Unfortunately, due to high demand we are unable to hold dates without a deposit.
